MI5 Visit and Church at Windsor

The Queen visited MI5, Britain's domestic security agency, at Thames House in London.

I'll never call this brooch a personal favorite, but it's a really nice pick here. Just a touch of ruby but not enough to clash a bright red with the darker coat. And it's one we didn't see at all last year.

February 23: The Queen attended church at the Royal Chapel of All Saints, Windsor Park.

This one looks pretty dark in photos, but it will be the first appearance for the year of the pink sapphire, just in a tricky shot.

Wolferton Pumping Station Visit and Return to London

February 5: The Queen opened the new Wolferton Pumping Station in Norfolk. The Queen's father, King George VI, opened the original station on February 2, 1948.

February 11: The Queen departed King's Lynn via train at the end of her Sandringham break.

The Queen missed church on Sunday because of "public safety concerns due to high winds" in the area, so her Sandringham break closes out with one appearance absent a brooch and one too bundled up to tell.
