Receiving the Royal Victorian Order today was Stewart Parvin, one of The Queen's couturiers. So what did she do? Wore a Stewart Parvin dress, of course! I love that. (Needless to say, I love this dress and its unseen accompanying coat, which we've seen many times.) I haven't seen the brooch, but she typically pairs this with amethysts or gold, especially the Frosted Sunflower.
