State Visit from Kuwait, Welcoming Ceremony

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh welcomed His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait at the beginning of his State Visit to the United Kingdom.
